Terms & Conditions.
Age Policy. Both the purchaser and the recipient must be at least 18 years of age in the UK. For international orders please ensure that you are complying with your local alcohol laws when you order from us.
Deliveries. All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Please visit our delivery information page
Tax / VAT. The majority of products on our webshop are second hand goods, bought at auction or through private sales. VAT is payable by us on the difference between the price bought and the price sold and is included in the price.
Credit card security. Our Payment gateway has an SSL certificate for online security.
Returns. If an Item is faulty, or not as described you can return the item to us at our cost. We will provide a replacement or a refund for a faulty item. You can use our returns page or contact us by phone or e-mail before returning an item to us.
If you no longer want an item you have ordered then you can return it to us within 8 days, at your own cost, and a refund will be provided upon our receipt of the item in its original condition.
